Or you may download the two page form below and mail it to office OR drop by the Parish Office Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM to complete a Parish Registration Form. It's great to place new faces with names!   

If you are not yet Catholic but would like to become one, consider inquiring into the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults).
