Q I used to receive Flocknotes; I didn't do anything to stop them (e.g. Unsubscribe), but all of a sudden they simply stopped coming. What can I do to return to receiving parish eMails regularly? A Be sure to add [email protected] to your computer address book so future Flocknote eMails will be 'recognized' and not get blocked, put in your junk folder or caught in your spam filter. That should do the trick! Q I'm a registered parishioner. But I'm not receiving Flocknotes. Why? A The answer is that - for 562 St. Thomas 'registered' parishioners whose names are in the Flocknote database - the Parish HAS NO eMail address for you! Therefore Flocknote doesn't have an eMail address for you! Here's the breakdown:
273 (of the 562) shared your cell phone number (vs. a land line) - on those infamous slime green parish registration forms. You have received and will continue to receive Flocknotes via text.
280 (of the 562) shared only a land line number. Without either an eMail address and/or cell phone number, Flocknote is unable to reach you.
11 (of the 562) provided no eMail address, no land line or no cell phone number. Without either or both an eMail address and cell phone number, Flocknote is unable to reach you.
Bottom line, if you are one of these 562 and would like to add your email address and/or cell phone number to Flocknote, here's how:
Go to statucson.flocknote.com (do not put "www." at the beginning!)
Fill out the Signup Form with your name, email, and mobile phone number
That's all!
If you'd like to continue, you can tap the groups/ministries in the list that you would like to hear from, but this is not required.
After selecting groups, you're done! No need to create a password. Once you get to the final screen, simply close your browser window.
