2027 SPRING Alpha

Alpha is a 13-week series where people gather for a free meal, short video and honest conversation about life,  faith and meaning. 

Have you ever wondered:

• Is there more to life than this?
• Who is Jesus?
• Why pray?
• Why read scripture?
• Who is the Holy Spirit?

These are just some of the questions explored during Alpha.

Alpha isn't a class. It isn't a lecture. It's a conversation.

Each week guests share a meal, watch a short presentation and then gather in small groups where everyone is free to share thoughts, ask questions or simply listen. There is no pressure, no homework and no expectation that you already know the answers.

Whether you've been Catholic your whole life, have been away from the Church for years or are simply curious about faith, Alpha provides a welcoming place to explore life's biggest questions in a safe, respectful and caring environment.

Since Spring 2022, St. Thomas the Apostle Parish has hosted ten Alpha sessions, welcoming hundreds of guests to explore faith, build friendships and grow closer to Christ. The Spring 2027 Alpha Series will be our eleventh parish offering.  

Alpha is for:

• Those who feel strong in their faith
• Those who feel uncertain
• Those who are searching
• Those who simply want to learn more

If you've ever felt there might be something more, or if your faith could use a spark, Alpha is a wonderful place to begin.

And, in the spirit of evangelization, consider inviting a friend, neighbor, co-worker or family member to join you.

Throughout the Gospels, Jesus says, "Go." Go and tell. Go and proclaim. Go in peace.

Perhaps He is inviting you to go to Alpha...and come and see.
