One of the most powerfully moving Christian devotions is the Via Crucis. Also known as the Stations of the Cross, the Way of the Cross, or the Way of Sorrows, it consists of a series of images depicting Jesus on the day of his crucifixion that assist the faithful in making a spiritual pilgrimage through the contemplation of the Passion of the Christ.Parishioners may make their own Way of the Cross privately - either at the outdoor stations of the cross (across from the entrance to the Chapel) or in the Church when it is otherwise open. Video recordings of The Way of the Cross with Fr. Callistus Iyorember and Come Walk with Deacon Ed Sheffer are below. Stations of the Cross are also offered each Friday evening during Lent, as well as Good Friday afternoon.
